As part of our data center consolidation effort, we retired the Strayer remote access portal (portal.strayer.edu) on Thursday, August 6 at 6:00am (Eastern time). With this change, anyone who has been using portal.strayer.edu to access SUNow (legacy Strayer SharePoint) or SU360 (Strayer PeopleSoft 360) will now need to use Citrix to access these systems when not on the SEI network or VPN.
Install Citrix Workspace
If you have not used Citrix on your computer before, you will first need to install the Citrix Workspace client. Please follow the “Install Citrix Workspace” steps in the attached Citrix Remote Access Reference Guide to install this client. There are separate guides for Windows and Mac users:
Steps to Access SUNow and SU360 from Citrix Workspace
Once you have installed the Citrix Workspace client on your computer, you can access SUNow and SU360 by following the steps below:
- Open an internet browser and navigate to: https://remote.strayer.edu
- When prompted, enter your email address and password
- Select the SU360_Strayer_Edu or SUNOW_Strayer_edu icon
